I finished my first Ironman in Barcelona, and before The Tri Project I couldn't swim two lengths and didn't even own a bike. The best part was training with people in exactly the same position: we made lifelong friends and became a real community.

Jess came to triathlon a little later than most, starting in her mid-twenties whilst working full-time. She understands first-hand what it takes to balance training alongside work, family and everyday life.
Since then, she's gone on to compete at the very highest level, representing Team GB at the Olympic Games and learning from some of the world's leading athletes, coaches and performance teams. More recently, she's also experienced elite racing as a mum, giving her a new perspective on balancing high performance with family life.
Through The Tri Project, Jess wants to share everything she's learned over the years, helping more people enjoy the sport, build confidence and discover what's possible. Because for her, triathlon has always been about more than racing, it's about the people, the journey and the community you become part of along the way.

With a background in Exercise Physiology and performance sport, Sam blends performance science with lived endurance experience.
Starting as a complete beginner, no bike and limited swimming ability, he went on to become an Ironman in 4 months with the right structure, support and expertise provided by Bex.
Through The Tri Project, Sam is on a mission to make triathlon more accessible, less intimidating, and built around community. Because he knows first-hand: the journey is better when you don't do it alone.

To start: swimwear, any bike (yes, even a hybrid), and running shoes. Our education library walks you through what actually matters and what you can skip, no pressure to spend big.
We combine world-class coaching, education and community into one platform, so you get elite-level guidance at a fraction of one-to-one coaching costs, without the confusion of piecing it together yourself.
